Copyright and usage

1. All rights reserved to both the client and the artist.
2. The commission is personal use only, commercial use may apply extra charge depending of the use and purpose.
3. The commission cannot be edited by the client, only the artist.
4. The artist has the complete right to post and showcase the art in their socials, but the client is in their right to ask the artist to not post it for some occasional situations, like a gift or surprise for someone.
5. If the client wants to post the commission around should credit the artist respectively via the link in the last page. This page

Conduct

1. All parties are expected to write and communicate in a clear, concise and polite manner for accurate interpretation of your request.
2. All relevant reference material and requirements should be provided any work begins or payment submitted.
3. Failure to abide by the terms outlined may result in the commission being declined or canceled.

Process

1. The client will be granted multiple drafts or sketches, until the client confirms the draft can continue to the next stage of the drawing, either by colouring, lineart unless if is a sketch commission, the client must pay the full payment. Once finished the illustration, the client must pay the rest of the price.
2. The amount of time will may vary between multiple days or weeks no more than a month. If any circumstances happens that delays the product the client will be informed. If the client has a deadline must be noticed before the art is started, and depending on such deadline the commission will be declined or canceled.
3. For the ref sheet the client can provide a background if they want, this background should be made by them or be an image with free commercial use.

Revisions

1. The subject of the commission cannot be changed after the first half or full payment as been submitted.
2. There is a maximum of 10 revisions given for free during the sketching. And another 10 at the end of the product before payment is sent.
3. Further revisions or edits after the commission is considered completed will be either declined or charged in extra fees.

Cancellation + Refund Policy

1. The artist has the right to cancel the commission and refund the appropriate amount at any time
2. Any attempt of abuse of the commissioner or any attempt of loopholes will cancel the commission and the money will not be refunded.
3. If the client cancels after the completion of the draft the client has to pay a % of the full or half price depending how much work has been done and the payment method the client did.
4. If a delay happens and the artist cannot complete the drawing before the deadline the money will be refund completely.
